We appreciate you for choosing our product. While we make every effort to give you the greatest shopping experience possible, we are aware that occasionally you may need help with your purchase. We provide a 7-day return policy in order to
guarantee your satisfaction. Please read the following terms and conditions completely:
Eligibility
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. You can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
3. Note - Display Images are clicked in the proper Studio and by the professional camera so please exempt us for the slight color variance of the product.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer support team within the 7-day return period to initiate a return request.
2. Provide your original purchase information and a detailed reason for the return.
3. To start a return, you can contact us at support@plarsh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Charges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A restocking fee may also apply, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exclusions: Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
1. Personalized or customized products.

1. We recommend that you carefully package the item to ensure it reaches us in its original condition. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process.
2. It is advisable to use a traceable shipping method and retain proof of shipment for your records.
3. Any promotional items, freebies, or gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.
